As a personal trainer, I help my clients achieve fitness goals, including but not just limited to weight loss, strength training, and even general overall health management. I believe each client has a different fitness level, so as a trainer, I introduce my clients to basic exercises, assisting a second client with a weight loss program and helping another with advanced training goals.
I work with my clients, either in a small group setting or one-on-one, on their fitness goals, which also includes improving their muscular endurance, strengthening their cardiovascular capabilities, and also increasing their physical flexibilities. I also ensure that I create and revise specific workout routines for my clients to achieve weight loss, speed, and even muscle toning. Depending on the case, I help clients with nutrition and health plans, such as recommending a food diary or working with a nutrition expert.
